I Solve It & Now It Ok







****** Activating windows xp with out internet *****


Step 1

Open Start/Run n type
regedit and click "OK"

Go 2 HKey_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\Current Version\WPAEvents
right click on "oobetimer" and change at least one digit of this value

Click "OK" and close.

Step 2

Open Start/Run and type
%systemroot%\system32\oobe\msoobe.exe /a and click "OK".

Check the option "Yes, I want to telephone a customer service representative to activate Windows" and click "Next"


Step 3

Then click "Change Product Key" (don't enter any thing on the screen)


Step 4

Type in the new key and click "Update"(it can be either ur present key or type another key,its easy to get)


Then activate Windows by phone window will appear at this point just close it.

Step 5

Reboot your system and Open Start/Run
%systemroot%\system32\oobe\msoobe.exe /a and click "OK".

u can c the message "Windows is already activated" enjoy updates directly from MS
NOTE:since the ms check ur validity by installing an active x.this check the activate code and no problem for you since it is already activated
