Admin account disabled? Then what you must do?

Query:My admin account is disabled by mistake and I have only one account in pc .So how can I log in without reinstalling windows xp

The answer is:
Step 1:
Search Google for WINDOWS NT PASSWORD & REGISTRY EDITOR.
Step 2:
Download the image file and create a live cd.
Step3:
Then boot the system with the cd.
